Quick-start guide

Thanks for joining the Developer Circles Community Challenge! You're officially registered now, and we’ll be sending you regular updates throughout the competition.

Here’s how to prepare your submission that will help other developers succeed. Submissions are due November 20, 2017, at 10pm ET.

  1. Review the competition categories. There are three tracks that you can choose from: Improve Your Craft, Get It Done, and Community. Read the description of each track and think about which one you’ll enter.
  2. Check out the Resources page. Find inspiration, documentation, tutorials, and more that can help you make a polished submission.
  3. Get a head start on your submission. Fill out the basic fields on the application form and familiarize yourself with the submission requirements. This will give you a good idea of what you'll need to put together. Remember: You can edit your submission as many times as you like before the deadline.
  4. Optional: Join the challenge community. Thinking about collaborating with another developer or startup? Join your local Developer Circle to find potential teammates. If there’s no Circle nearby, join the competition Facebook Group or visit the discussion forum on Devpost to see who else is looking for a teammate.
