    Hey Amit,

    Sure! There are no specific limits here except that the audience for the educational tool you build be software developers. You could build a tool for brand new developers learning how to code or a tool that helps existing developers learn and expand their skills. Perhaps it keeps them up to date with the newest features of their primary programming language. Maybe it includes mentoring or sharing knowledge.

    Lets say I am focusing to develop product for new developers learning how to code, then should my product focus learning to code Facebook technology(Messenger, Analytic etc.) or any technology like java, .net, php, front end, Angular JS etc. ?

    You're welcome! It doesn't matter what language it teaches them, but it does matter what you use to build it. You must use at least one of the approved Facebook products listed on the homepage and the rules.
