Clarification questions

Hello,
1.Can a solution be part of 2 categories? (different features inside)
2.Is using more that one tool/FB product provide higher scoring( i.e using one FB product vs using FB product and using open source tools)
3.*The most important question* does the platform need to be final? or can we submit a MVP and explain the vision ?

  Hey Ayelet,

  Great questions!

  1. While your solution can fit into multiple categories, the submission form requires you to select the one it best fits into. You can submit multiple, different solutions into multiple categories, but each solution can only be entered into one category.
  2. There is a judging criteria about implementation that, "Includes how well the idea was executed by the developer and the extent to which Facebook tools are leveraged." So while there wouldn't be a specific point value assigned to extra tools, it could definitely push your implementation score up if incorporated well.
  3. Your submission must be working software that functions as you explain it in your demo video and text description. However, an MVP is acceptable as long as you are clear about which features currently exist and which are future plans that are not built yet.
