How can a web developer participate?

I am sorry if this sounds like a dumb question but It's a total confusion to me. For me as a web front-end developer using ReactJS, how can I participate? am I allowed to join this competition? What kind of app I have to build?

    Definitely not a dumb question :) If you're from one of the eligible locations, we would love to have you participate! The main challenge is to use one of the selected Facebook products to build a software application that helps other developers. The type of app you build is up to you, but it must fit into one of the categories:

    Improve your craft - A product that helps developers code and improve their skills
    Get it done - A product that makes work easier or more productive for developers
    Community - A product that helps developers connect

    Is there some task that slows you down while you work? Build something to automate it, for example. Get inspired by the tools you use in your development work. Perhaps you have an idea for helping developers connect to other developers for tech help or community-building. There are a ton of options.

    You have to use at least one of the tools listed here: https://developercircles.devpost.com/details/resources and submit functioning software to Devpost along with a 2 minute demo video by November 20th at 5pm ET.
